Postgraduate in Hindi or English from a University established by Law in India and 3 years experience in Journalism in a national or state-level paper or Central or State Public Relations or Information & Broadcasting Department.
2. Working Knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagri Script and knowledge of Rajasthani dialects and social customs of Rajasthan.
